However, in the unfortunate event that there is an error or inaccuracy in processing your order that the item you received was not the one you ordered from Hourlogy Online, Hourlogy Online will process for the correct replacement, provided that the item was sent back to us in accordance with our Replace Policy. If such an event occurred, all shipping costs pertaining to sending back the wrong item to us and later sending the correct replacement to you, will be covered by Hourlogy Online. All shipping must only be done with our prior expressed written approval and exclusively using courier companies Hourlogy Online instructed. Hourlogy Online does not reimburse any costs relating to personal delivery of returned watches for replacement.
All items returned for replacement are contingent upon an inspection by our Returns Department. The Returns Department must confirm that the item is unworn, undamaged, unaltered and where applicable still has the original tags, plastics, box, manual and warranty card before a replacement is processed. Items determined to have been worn, altered or damaged will be sent back and no replacement will be accepted. In such case, any shipping cost relating to returning the item back to you will be your full responsibility.
3 SIMPLE STEPS FOR SENDING BACK ITEMS FOR REPLACEMENT
Inform us of the wrongly sent item within 3 days of the date it was received.

STRICTLY FOLLOW OUR INSTRUCTION in sending back your unworn item, including all materials such as original paperwork and free gifts.
Please note : Your item must be returned to us within 2x 24 hours of the date that your RAN is assigned.

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect the item as soon as it arrives. Make sure the item is in good condition and working properly before wearing it or removing any tags or factory tape.
- If the item is not in good condition or not working properly then it must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for an replace.
- Once it is worn or sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Hourlogy Online will not accept any replacement.
In short, Hourlogy Online cannot replace an item when:
- The item has been worn
- The tags/factory tape has been removed
- The product has been sized.
